La comercialización de la leche y sus disputas en Buenos Aires

José Buschini, Investigador Adjunto del CONICET y docente en la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, estudia la sanción e implementación de una ordenanza que, a comienzos de la década de 1960, estableció con carácter obligatorio la pasteurización de toda la leche comercializada en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
