Today, we highlight\u00a0the\u00a0paper \u00a0A morphology of ‘quilombos’ in the Americas, sixteenth-nineteenth centuries\u00a0<\/a>(available in Portuguese in HCS-Manguinhos vol.19\u00a0\u00a0supl.1 Dec. 2012).<\/p>\n

The paper written by\u00a0Manolo Florentino (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) and\u00a0M\u00e1rcia Amantino\u00a0(Universidade Salgado de Oliveira) presents a study on “quilombos” in slave societies in the Americas.<\/p>\n
