Ana Mar\u00eda Carrillo (UNAM) Analiza el papel que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 la Campa\u00f1a Nacional Contra el C\u00e1ncer, que se aplic\u00f3 entre 1941 y los tempranos 1990, en la utilizaci\u00f3n de los servicios detecci\u00f3n y tratamiento, el temor irracional a la enfermedad y las falsas esperanzas que la propaganda sanitaria despert\u00f3 en muchos enfermos.
