While in Latin America, scientific journals are\u00a0 usually supported by governmental agencies, in most of Europe and North America, journal publishing is dominated by big publishers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;I think that in this part of the world, if you don&#8217;t pay anything for something, it doesn&#8217;t worth anything,&#8221; says the editor.<\/p>\n<div
