it says.<\/p>\n<p>Trusting in a better future, the editors present the dossier about the cooperation between Brazil, Cuba and Haiti, and mention that this\u00a0issue presents articles translated into English for the first time using Wellcome Trust funds, which fosters the journal\u2019s project of internationalization.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At a moment when Brazil\u2019s public institutions and their periodicals are in the tight grip of a financial squeeze, it is also greatly heartening to receive this monetary assistance,&#8221;
