The \u00a0journal is published monthly and covers all areas of African studies.\u00a0Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in the journals can be read online without any form of restriction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The articles cover a range of issues related to African culture. The most recent article posted \u00a0analyzes Amharic poems written in the 1950s and 1960s during annual College Day competitions held by students of the then Haile Selassie I University in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
