The book\u00a0Women in the History of Science<\/i><\/a>, published by UCL Press, brings together primary sources that highlight women\u2019s involvement in scientific knowledge production around the world. Arranged by time period, covering 1200 BCE to the twenty-first century, and across 12 far-reaching themes, this book\u00a0explores women\u2019s history in the fields of science, technology, mathematics,\u00a0medicine and culture.

While women are too often excluded from traditional narratives of the history of science, this book centres on the voices and experiences of women across a range of domains of knowledge.\u00a0The book is\u00a0available for free download<\/a>.<\/p>\n
