The book <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sup.org\/books\/title\/?id=23913\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Infectious Change: Reinventing Chinese Public Health After an Epidemic<\/a>, by Katherine A.
