Steven Palmer is a History Professor at the University of Windsor, Canada and a member of our editorial council. He has written several books, among them Launching Global Health: The Caribbean Odyssey of the Rockefeller Foundation<\/a>, and the awarded book\u00a0Medicine and Public Health in Latin America: A History<\/i><\/a>, co-<\/i>written by Marcos Cueto, science\u00a0editor of HCSM.
