Diego Armus es profesor de historia latinoamericana en el Swarthmore College, en Nueva York. En HCSM ha publicado artículos sobre eugenesia, tuberculosis y la historia del hábito de fumar.

Karina Ramacciotti, de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, Argentina, y Stefan Pohl, de la Universidad del Rosario, Colombia, discutieron la evaluación por pares en el taller por los 25 años de HCS-Manguinhos.

For the celebration of the 25 years of HCS-Manguinhos, Steven Palmer, History Professor at the University of Windsor tells us a story of our former editor Jaime Benchimol.

En la sesión sobre modelos de publicación, Pablo Yankelevich, editor de la revista Historia Mexicana habló sobre los temas históricos más estudiados en el país y criticó los índices de evaluación de revistas científicas.
