The paper Education, ethics, and solidarity in international cooperation analyzes an experience in technical cooperation between Brazil and Andean countries: the International Course in Management of Human Resource Policies in Health (CIRHUS), supported by the Pan American Health Organization.
The CIRHUS project was developed between 2006 and 2010, and established a technical cooperation in health, deepening the development of human resources in South America.
