The new issue of HCS-Manguinhos “Innovation and recent perspectives in the history of sciences” (vol.22 supl. Rio de Janeiro dez. 2015) is already available in Scielo with eight articles about the so called cyberactivism and nine articles about a range of other issues.
These eight articles about cyberactivism discuss the new tools for political and social action, ranging from the Spanish political party Podemos to the regulation of the internet in the Americas and Europe.
With this same framework, another article discusses the use of Internet by political parties and media companies during the 2011 election in Spain.
Besides that, this issue also features other topics, such as the remediation of Amazon soils contaminated with petroleum in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
